Blogger Interrogation Game, Part 2!

So. Guess who got re-tagged? I’m totally okay with this – it’s so much fun! Too bad this is coming up at the end of the game. Ah, well! Another will roll around eventually. But that means no  one is tagged in this post to answer- it ends with me.

  • Each person is supposed to follow the rule of fives. You are allowed to ask 5 questions, after which you can tag up to 5 bloggers by hyper-linking to their blog; 5 questions because it’s not too many to flood another blogger and occupy too much of his/her time, but yet a large enough number to ask your most important questions, and 5 bloggers to avoid spamming. Hence, prioritize your questions, and who you wish to ask!
  • Those tagged are obliged to answer the questions in a blog post, and after which, they are entitled to create their own 5 questions and tag 5 other bloggers, so on and so fourth. You should answer your own 5 questions as well. You are allowed to tag the person that tagged you in the first place. Also, copy and paste this section on your blog so others can understand how the game goes.
  • In the case where a blogger strongly refuses to answer a question, he/she must instead post a nice anime image, wallpaper or cosplay picture, et cetera in response to that question.
  • To make things interesting, a blogger can include wildcards in his/her 5 questions by placing an asterisk, (*), after which those tagged are obliged to reveal something interesting about themselves that others did not previously know. There is no limit to the number of asterisks one can place (which means there can be up to 5 wildcard questions).
  • Anyone can feel free to start the game; you don’t necessarily need someone to tag you. Just create your 5 questions and tag your 5 people of choice. However, the catch is that you must answer your own 5 questions as well.
  • To potentially prevent an endless game, this round of games will end on the 8th September 2012, 12pm JST (GMT +9). After which, no more bloggers can tag others to answer their questions.

What I Was Asked:

1. If you could revive any anime character back to life who would it be?

– What a spoileriffic question. If I do spoil a show for someone, please don’t let it get in the way of your watching it! It’s still a great show!

I think the most popular answer to this quesiton might be Kamina from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, but I can’t name him since so much essential character growth revolves around his death. I wouldn’t change what happened for the world. If I could ressurect a character, I would choose Mikhail Blanc from Macross Frontier (not the movies ). His sacrifice and the unfulfilled romance between him and Klan-Klan just broke my little heart to pieces. They stole the show for me, with fantastic chemistry and great personalities, and I was very, very sad when he died.

2. If you could change anything about yourself what would it be? Why?

– When I’m upset, I tend to be uuber-sensitive to others and the comments they make, so I can become very critical and almost mean. I actually crossed the line with one particular friend recently. Thankfully, she called me on it, and I definitely made sure to apologize and say I was sorry. And thankfully, she forgave me. It’s not cool to be down on others and their happiness. I wouldn’t want them doing it to me. So I need to learn to keep those feelings to myself or get rid of them in a more productive way.

3. What is your idea of a normal person? Do you consider yourself normal?

– Normal is vastly overrated. But I would say someone who grew up with two parents, had friends all their life, and probably wasn’t into anime. I’m not really normal in any of those respects – I grew up with a disabled father, was very much a social outcast for most of my life, and am definitely into them Japanese cartoons!

4. Name three things you want to do before you die?

– Travel around the world (why stop at one place? The WORLD is my goal!), get married and have a family, and work in a publishing company either as a writer or an editor. Most of these are ‘dream on’ things, but I’ve already gotten a start on the world travel. I’ve been to England twice, and adored it! I’ve also visited Paris, so I’m slowly but surely making the world travel dream come true.

5. What anime/manga did you look at recently? Did you like it?

– Most recently I’ve seen Story of Saiunkoku. I did enjoy it! There are scenes that left me cheering, and I love how the characters are really becoming ne big family. It’s definitely a show I don’t regret picking up.
